For the first time I strongly believe that Tamale is wrong on Muhoozi's issue. By virtual of our constitution Muhoozi doesn't qualify as per article 102(a) which states that ''A person is not qualified for election as President unless that person is— (a) a citizen of Uganda by birth''. So Tamale don't forget that muhoozi is not Ugandan by birth.
