Anko Ronnie, a renowned singer-songwriter and producer, opened up about the inspiration behind his career choice of joining the music production business. The humble and soft-spoken producer has over the years worked with different artists, both local and international, on several music projects.He has effortlessly captured the spirit of many artists and his graceful personality has made it easy for him to work with people from different walks of life. When asked to reveal the person who inspired him to join the production music industry, he replied saying that his mother motivated him to do so. The motivation came when his mother made a phone call to producer Paddyman but he was not available yet she wanted her song to be worked upon because she had scheduled it for a Sunday performance.Following that incident, he vowed to become a music producer to help out his mother on her music production challenges and that is how he turned to be a renowned music producer in the land.I grew up in a family where music was just like lunch or breakfast. My mum is a gospel artist and my dad is a singer also.
So mummy inspired me a lot because one time she was calling Paddyman to work on her song she had to perform on a Sunday and he wasn’t picking. So I told her that one day I would learn production and help her out on her music.He also disclosed that he started his music production career in his S.4 vacation and he has never looked back.
