“Between the month of August and September, D/AIP Apollo Kibuuka as a police officer in abuse of authority of his office did an arbitrary act prejudicial to the interest of the Uganda Police Force in that he failed to disclose exhibit money recovered by him in the case of theft of Lato milk,” the magistrate read the charges.
He charged the group with offences related to abuse of office, arson and conspiracy to commit a felon.
The group was released on bail and the case adjourned to October 8, 2020 for mention.
