Hussein Mbalangu poised to be named the next club head coach
Newly rebranded FUFA Big League outfit Arua Hill Sports Club (formerly Dove All Stars) is set to unveil Hussein Mbalangu as their new head coach.
According to reliable sources, Mbalangu has departed for West Nile to finalize his paperwork with the big spenders prior to the his unveiling that will come within a fortnight.
The former Uganda Cranes forward Mbalangu was earlier this year appointed as the head coach for Kyaggwe Ssaza prior to the 2020 Masaza Cup tournament.
The CAF “A” certified tactician is poised to work alongside former Express Junior Team head coach Joseph Kiwanuka as his immediate assistant.
The duo will replace Haruna Mawa and Richard Amatre who have been at the helm of the club while Dudu Bosco is expected to retain his role as the technical director.
Last season, Arua Hill SC finished the FUFA Big League campaign in the 6th position of the Elgon group before the season was cut short due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
For the meantime, Arua Hill SC will host their home games at Barifa stadium as their home turf Arua Hill Park stadium is under expansion.
