The Court of Appeal has Friday morning confirmed Hon. Joyce Bagala as the duly elected Mityana Woman MP.
The court has overturned the High Court decision that had nullified Bagala’s win on grounds of bribery, and voter intimidation as raised in election petition filed by her nemesis Judith Nabakooba. Her election win was earlier challenged by Lands Minister Judith Nabakooba.
