The Chief justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo has called on the aggrieved parties in the election petition case to feel free with advancing what he termed as plan B in case they are dissatisfied with the verdict and procedure of the court.

Dollo who was presiding over a session in which NUP lawyers were to add affidavits to their election petition said he ans court did not invite anyone to file the suit.
“We all came to this court at will,” Dollo said. “We did not invite anybody to file the petition. If you feel you are not happy with the court proceedings please feel free with using your plan B but do not be contemptuous of the courts,” he added.
Dollo is one of the principal judges of the high court whom the NUP lead petitioner Hon. Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert wants to be excluded from the case on grounds that he once had personal relations with the NRM party candidate Yoweri Museveni.
