With the Covid-19 pandemic, so many things changed especially the way we consume music. This has forced event organisers and musicians to think outside the box. For the next edition of Roast & Rhyme Swangz Avenue is taking it to the wilderness.The Eco-Tourism format dubbed “The Wild Roast & Rhyme” returns next month and will be held for three days. Starting on Friday, December 11, 2020, till Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Murchison Falls National Park.The weekend will be fully packed with activities starting with Friday Bon Fire night where organizers will treat tourists to freestyle entertainment and treats of roasted wild meats. Saturday will start with early morning game drives to give the patrons a chance to interact with the wild with game drives to be guided by Uganda Wildlife Authority to ensure security for both the animals and the tourists before guests will be treated to an evening full of meat, live entertainment, and drinks.Sunday Tanqueray All white Brunch will start at 10 am in the afternoon as guests check out and head back to Kampala.Ticket prices for the experience depend on how long and where you want to stay.This experience is in line with the Ministry of Health Covid guidelines. Multiple hand washing points will be set up, temperature checks at every activity, and attendance is restricted to the allowed government numbers for every activity. Attendance must be pre-booked and fully paid for.Patrons can drive their private cars, use the provided bus service at an affordable charge, or can fly to Murchison.
