#WhisperEyeNews #News #UgandaNews The Army has today refuted allegations of a lady by names of Alexandria Maquinos who claims to have been tortured in army detention centres and raped,saying these allegations are not true.

Army spokes person Col Felix Kulaigye speaking to media today at Mbuya today said Alexandria has never been detained in any of their detention centres,nor has she been kidnaped and raped.

Kulaigye adds that even the days Alexandria claims to have been kidnaped had different conversations on her phone with different people,which can’t be a case to any person who would be in a detention centre.

Mean while Kulaigye says as a spokesperson person would wish to arrest that lady for spoiling the army image they have built for long.
