Trending singer Kapeke, whose real name is Derrick Nsubuga, says compiling music albums on the Ugandan music market is not something he is interested in.With top singles already released in his fresh music career, Kapeke maintains that he will continue dropping singles because it works best for him.In a TV interview, the Polokoto singer said that he is still a fresh face on the scene with a unique sound and that compiling albums wouldn’t make much sense at the moment. He believes albums are a thing for older artists, those closer to retirement because they have the patience to compile.Releasing albums and EPs is for older people, mostly those who are about to retire from music,” he explained. Personally, I have no interest in working on an album. I actually grew up hearing about albums from artists like Eagles Production, who are also older. I am not interested.
