According to reports, Sipapa shot and injured one of the NUP security officials manning the gate. “He riddled bullets through the gate and injured one person. Bullet holes are still visible at the gate,” says Bobi Young.
Sources further reveal that a charged Sipapa held a gun by himself and continued firing bullets at the NUP gate while his colleagues with whom he orchestrated the raid were pelting teargas canisters to disperse crowds in a bid to block them from retaliating.
This is the second time in a space of less than a month that Sipapa is raiding the NUP headquarters with firearms. The first time when he struck Chairman Nyanzi’s building opposite Orient bank, he was never summoned by the police to explain his motives and to-date he remains at large with no hopes of having him charged since he remains a darling to the regime due to the missions he expedites for the state
