Judith Heard’s message to women about healing before giving relationship advice has drawn largely positive reactions on X, with several readers praising her for saying what they believe needs to be said.
The former Ugandan model urged women with public platforms to deal with their own wounds before turning painful experiences into lessons for younger women.
Her advice touched on betrayal, abandonment, difficult marriages, childhood trauma and financial hardship, warning that unresolved pain can shape how people advise others.
Then Heard added a line that caught a little extra attention.

She did not name anyone, but @r_nanita wanted to know who she had in mind.

Most of the responses, however, backed Heard.
