Development Infrastructure is the company that has come on board to try and ensure the West Nile based side achieves its desired goals.
The marriage between the two entities was announced on Monday, September 21 at the Aangan Restaurant in Lugogo.
Development Infrastructure will invest a to a tune of UGX 100m in Arua Hill Sports Club, formally known as Dove All Stars.
The same event, Arus Hill Sports Club also unveiled a new CHief Executive Officer (CEO) and Public Relations Officer.
Anthony Afeti comes in as the CEO while Adams Lemantia aka Vegas Otelul is the new PR.
Interestingly, both individuals are coming from Onduparaka FC, the biggest club in West Nile at the moment.

“Only last week, we were known as Dove All Stars but in order to rebrand and blend in fully with the people of West Nile, we decided to change the name.
“We are now a Sports Club because we are going to venture into other sports in the near future as we try to accommodate as many talents as possible.
“We have come up with a five-year strategic plan where we want to stablize the club and ensure that all systems are in place with in the first 12 months.
“In the first two years, we want to qualify to the Uganda Premier League before we venture into international fixtures in England, Italy, France and Israel, by the third (year).
“We also want to have a strong academy, by the 5th year, one that will be able to hobour talents in West Nile and allover Uganda.
“From the strategic plan, we also want to be able to ensure stability as we let the public have shares in the club and also sell players on the international market on top of building our own stadium.”

“For a while, we have been negotiating with Arua Hill Sports Club and after looking at them keenly, we decided to partner with them.
“Our relationship started during the building of Arua Park and from the moment they approached us, we were considering the move.
“We are here to ensure that they move forward and continue thriving in the field of Sports.

“It is not an easy task but i will give it my whole to try and see that the club achieve heir goals.
“I want to ensure the brand is more vivid to the public so as to attract more fans.”
Arua Hill Sports Club was on e of the 11 clubs that were allowed to change their name, last week.
They were previously know as Dove All Stars and will feature in the FUFA Big League next season.
