KAMPALA, Uganda – November 5th, 2024: The second installment of the Freixenet Old School RnB Brunch exceeded expectations on November 3rd at Fairway Hotel’s picturesque Coco Pool Bar & Restaurant Area. This highly anticipated event solidified its position as a premier social gathering in Kampala, attracting over 600 revelers.
The nostalgic afternoon featured timeless RnB, hip-hop, and soul classics, with attendees singing along in unison. The electric atmosphere was reminiscent of a Sunday service. Exceptional entertainment was provided by Black Roots Academy of Soul and BlackRoots UNLIMITED’s live band serenade, complemented by an impressive DJ lineup from Ssese Nation, including DJ Bryan, DJ Ssese, DJ Noah Lubega, Selector Jay, and Kenya’s DJ Incredible.
Freixenet, celebrating 50 years of excellence, perfectly complemented the festivities with its signature Cordon Negro, served in refreshing bottomless brunch drinks.
