Rak Engineering Limited has committed to offer more jobs to Ugandan Graduates as the company continues to grow.Rogers Kamuhanda, managing director Rak Engineering Limited, made the commitment during the celebration of the company’s 14th anniversary.“As Rak we are looking at growth. We aspire to get bigger and better and that comes with a bigger work force. We hope and intend to recruit more Ugandans so we give government a hand in employing qualified Ugandans,” he said. Kamuhanda said Rak offers training to university students and it will be graduating at least three interns this year.“There are so many opportunities out there but they come to those that have equipped themselves with skills, and at Rak we value that. We offer training to our staff, we take on interns and fresh graduates. This year we are graduating three interns and they will become fully fledged members or Rak,” he added.Rak’s managing director also urged engineering regulators to address the issue of ‘work engineers’ who are disguising as professional engineers.RAK Engineering Ltd proudly marked 14 years of dedicated service, innovation, and excellence in the engineering and infrastructure sectors on Saturday.
