NEWS– The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda the Most Rev Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu has todzy afternoon arrived in Sebei Diocese for his official pastoral visit.
Archbishop Kaziimba Mugalu was welcomed at Muyembe, the border of Sebei Diocese by the Diocesan Bishop, The Rt Rev Paul Kiptoo Masaba and Maama Agnes a number of Clergy and jubilant Christians.
On arrival in Sebei Diocese, the Archbishop commissioned All Saints Primary School which is located at All Saints Church of Uganda in Kapchorwa Town Council.
The Archbishop later officially opened the administration block of the Sebei School of Nursing and Midwifery and presided over the ground breaking for the construction of the Mothers Union office block.
The Archbishop will tomorrow officially dedicate and commission St Mark Church of Uganda, Kapchesombe Parish and later proceed to St Paul Church of Uganda, Chemwania Parish, Kaproron Archdeaconry for a Holy Communion Service.

According to the Chirch of Uganda Communications Officer Sadiiki Adams Mugume, the Archbishop will on Sunday November 13th 2022, will lead a Holy Communion Service at St Peters’ Cathedral, Kokwomurya starting where Bishop Paul and Maama Agnes will also be thanking God for the 7 years of their episcopal ministry in Sebei Diocese.
The Archbishop will conclude his official pastoral visit in Sebei Diocese on Monday morning and head to Lango Diocese for the same.
The Archbishop is accompanied by missionary partners of Sebei Diocese, The Very Rev Andrew Rowell, Rector of Christ Church, Montgomery Alabama USA and Dean of the Western Deanery, Gulf Atlantic Diocese, Chad Alan Weinard, a technology consultant from Durham, North Carolina, USA, Rev. Johnson Kansiime, his Chaplain; Sadiiki Adams, Church of Uganda’s Communications Officer and Ssalongo Godwin Atukwatirire, the Archbishop’s Senior Vehicle Evangelist.
