The army has discovered a training camp for Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels in Luwero district.
“ADF training camp discovered in Luwero,” announced Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) spokesperson, Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye, on Wednesday.
He invited the media to visit the camp on Thursday.
“The media is invited to come tomorrow (Thursday) 16 June 2022 and see for themselves,” he added.
Ugandan and Congolese troops are battling the rebels in eastern DR Congo under operation Shujaa.
