SHEEMA- Believers have been urged to engage in different income generating activities if they are to develop the communities and their country at large.
This was revealed by the Mitooma woman Member of the parliament Hon. Agasha Juliet Bashisha who was the chief guest at Grand launch of Kyambuba fellowship Sacco, in Kyambuba ward, Masheruka town in council Sheema District.
The Sacco which started under Kyambuba fellowship church and well identified as “a born again Sacco ” is meant to generate income to the converts of said church.
According to Hon. Bashisha, believers need to create time for church and another for productive work to help them sustain their families.
The church’s leader pastor only identified as Apuli, thanked the Almighty Lord for enabling them reach this milestone adding that the Sacco will help in motivating believers to engage in a saving culture.
Bishop Nathan Ibrahim of Daystar Cathedral Mbarara made hundreds turn to God through confession and salvation emphasizing that God’s love is abundant especially for those yawning for it.
