Brig. David Mugisha has today handed over office to Brig. Gen. Charity Bainababo.
Bainababo is the in-coming Deputy Commander of Special Forces Command (SFC).
The ceremony took place at SFC Headquarters in Entebbe.
Brig. Felix Busizori, the SFC Commander, presided over the handover ceremony.
President Museveni recently promoted and appointed several UPDF senior officers.
