By Hussein Kiganda Gospel deejay DJ Victor256 has hailed his place at the gospel themed festival Soul Fest that is slated for 5th June 2022. Talking to The Kampala Sun, the deejay who has gained global recognition, said his presence at the fest was going to be a big deal for Christians in Uganda. “I am an international deejay now and my presence is a big deal. My creative hype performances, mix energy, and ability to push the conventional boundaries has won me different spots on the international scene. My fans need to just come and see what I will deliver to rate me…,” he said DJ Victor256 is the proprietor of the Gospel House Parties that have since started in Uganda. He is the ideal cultural ambassador to serve on the front lines of Uganda’s gospel mission of transporting its music to the world. He started as a passionate adolescent pastime deejay but eventually turned his passion into a rewarding world-class career; one that has led to him performing at parties not only in gospel but also at events attended by many big names in the Ugandan gospel industry in general. The Soul Fest will be more of a live performance and will have Uganda’s crème gospel artists such as Holy Keane Amooti, Price Love, John Marie, Ruyonga, and DJs like DJ Nimso, Urban DJ all set to make appearances on 5th June 2022 at Museum. All these will feature alongside DJ Victor256.
