The documents indicated findings by the ministry of health and possible measures, among the possible measures was to close all local markets, cattle markets, daily markets, malls etc for a period of 30 days with the possible solutions to be implemented between the 16th-17th January 2021.
On access to the documents, Ministry rushed to release a statement indicating that they were fake.
