President Museveni is in the Kenyan capital Nairobi for the 3rd East African Community (EAC) Heads of State Conclave on the peace and security situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Museveni arrived in Nairobi at 9:40am on Monday aboard the national carrier, Uganda Airlines.
Other regional leaders who have already arrived in Nairobi include; South Sudanese President Salva Kiir Mayardit and Burundi leader Évariste Ndayishimiye.
Presidents Museveni and Kiir will hold a brief meeting at the airport.
