By Ignatius Kamya Nigerian, singer, songwriter and recording act, GodFavour Chidozie, popularly known as Fave, gave a serenading and thrilling live mash-up performance of her songs at Guvnor on Friday night. For one of slight build, she put up an energetic albeit short performance, which had her fans swoon and pull out their phones to record . The calm and confident Fave switched to her soothing Afropop tune ‘Beautifully’ which, to her pleasant surprise, the crowd sung word for word. ” When I say Fave, you say Kampala,” she implored on the microphone. The excited crowd did just that. She concluded the performance with the popular song ‘Baby Riddim’. Due to public demand, she did an encore of the song, briefly caught her breath in her booth and left the club.
