NEWS– It was a black Wednesday evening for the supporters of the opposition’s National Unity Platform in Eastern region and Uganda at large following the untimely death of Mzee Henry Masolo a father to Hon. John Baptist Nambeshe.
Nambeshe is the Party’s Eastern region Deputy President and a legislator representing the people of Manjiya county, Bududa district in the 11th Parliament.
Hon. Nambeshe who confirmed the news of his father’s untimely demise revealed that the late Mzee Henry Masolo on Wednesday 30th March 2022 succumbed to prostate cancer at Kampala Medical Chambers Hospital on Buganda road.
“It saddens me to announce the untimely death of my beloved father, Mzee Henry Masolo who has succumbed to Prostate Cancer at Kampala Medical Chambers Hospital, Buganda road”, Nambeshe confirmed through his socials.
Hon. Nambeshe added that “I believe that God will accept him with open arms for all the good he has done while he was on this earth”.
From our reliable sources, the late Mzee Henry Masolo will be laid to rest on Saturday 2nd April 2022 at his ancestral home in Burenga village, Busai Parish, Bududa District and that the requiem Mass will on that day at 10:00am.
It should be remembered that Hon. John Baptist Nambeshe is also currently serving as the Chief whip of the opposition in the 11th Uganda Parliament.
