Presidential candidates for the 2021 general elections were nominated and 11 of them are set to tussle it out for the country’s top office on 14th January 2020.Among them is musician turned politician Bobi Wine who is the incumbent’s biggest rival.Talking about Uganda’s political landscape,musician John Blaq said Ugandans should focus on living in harmony. “I don’t want anyone to die because of politics. We should hand over all these issues to God because we are all Ugandans. I want us all to be happy and not let political parties separate us. We have to be alive and healthy,” he said.John Blaq’s comments come after Bobi Wine was brutally arrested before he was driven to his home in Magere on the day of nomination.
