President Museveni will address the country today, Tuesday at 7pm.
The address comes ahead of the Thursday Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
According to Senior Press Secretary Don Wanyama, the address, to be relayed on all radios and TVs, will focus on key issues going into elections.
