Ugandan rapper St. Nelly-sade, whose real name is Nelson Nsubuga, underwent a successful hernia operation at THE International Hospital Kampala (IHK) on Tuesday, 18th March 2026.
The rapper revealed the news via his social media pages, where he shared a photo of himself giving a thumbs-up sign while on a hospital bed in a hospital gown.
St. Nelly-sade thanked the medical team for a job well done and further revealed that he has been asked to stay away from sex for the next six months.
