The rising Ugandan star addressed the comparison while attending Lydia Jazmine’s “The One & Only Concert” on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
During an interview with Galaxy TV, Black Shuga pushed back after hearing herself described as a photocopy of Lydia Jazmine.
Why am I being called a photocopy?
She then questioned how the two could look alike when people have very different opinions about their appearances.
But then people abuse me that I am not good looking, and for her they praise her that she is good looking. So how do we look alike?
Black Shuga clearly does not agree with those who criticise her looks.
When it comes to her own appearance, she has a much more confident assessment.
