Known for his youthful character, Charles Peter Mayiga is not a stranger to the entertainment industry, as he has often been seen hanging with artists and attending their concerts.
He explains that he has a deep connection with the artists and always supports them when they seek his help in promoting their music and concerts.
While on an interview with Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika, Owek. Mayiga revealed his favourite artists, listing Spice Diana, Pallaso, Winnie Nwagi, Vinka, Mesach Semakula, and Sheebah, among others.
I am currently into trending music despite my love for old music. I like artists like Vinka. I know Kapeke’s song “Tema Ensingo” is popular with young people, but it just isn’t for me.
I love Vinka’s music, Spice Diana, Sheebah Karungi, Winnie Nwagi, Mesach Semakula, Pallaso, and so many others.
When a song is good, I can always tell when it’s still new. If it makes me happy, I can always tell it will do well. For example, Spice Diana’s “Stock Mpya” and “Nze Alina”. I have always loved music.
