During a TikTok live session with fellow singer A Pass, King Saha was praised for his consistency and high demand across the country. A Pass pointed out that Saha is likely among the most booked performers, a claim the singer gladly confirmed.
According to Saha, his flexibility sets him apart from many artists who insist on fixed performance fees before accepting gigs.
I don’t have a price tag. If someone calls me and they I’m not financially stable, I won’t start negotiating, I just go and perform.
The singer explained that Uganda’s economic realities have shaped his approach. He believes that in a struggling economy, being rigid about money can limit opportunities.
When you’re operating in a tough economy, you can’t dictate terms. Sometimes you just take what comes.
Saha added that the rising cost of living, even for basic items, has forced many people to adapt, and he is no different. His willingness to perform regardless of the pay has made him accessible and reliable, keeping him constantly booked.
