Rising Ugandan artist King Rico Vikie, whose real name is Victor Akankunda, has dropped new visuals for his song titled ‘Nsolobeza’.
Signed to Sapata Records, King Rico Vikie is a versatile artist with a love for the Afrobeat and Dancehall music genres.
He says his love for music has always superseded everything else, and the reason he chose to pursue it as a career. “Music is life, and it’s part of my life,” he told us.
King Rico Vikie says ‘Nsolobeza’ is inspired by the love of his life. “I wrote it when I was falling in love with my wife,” he says.
Produced by DT Ranks, it’s a kind of song you would dedicate to your lover. The visuals by MO Films were shot in Munyonyo and in Entebbe.
It is just the latest of the several projects King Rico says he has planned to release this year. Watch the video below:
