A Pass hinted at a possible music battle with Eddy Kenzo, or any artist willing to step up.
The remarks come in the wake of last week’s online exchange between the two artists on X, where a fan appeared to spark a rivalry. In response, Kenzo sarcastically suggested that A Pass could neither be richer nor smarter than him.
A Pass, however, brushed off the comments at the time, saying he wouldn’t take the remarks seriously and had “forgiven” Kenzo, adding that he is “much more than what you think.”
Now, A Pass seems ready to shift the conversation from social media talk to the studio and stage.
In a new post, the singer emphasized that any differences between artists should be resolved through music rather than comparisons of wealth or status.
There is no need to talk about who is rich or who is richer. If you have a problem with me as an artist, it’s best to settle it musically.
He went on to challenge fellow artists to prove themselves through their craft, urging them to hit the studio, release music, and promote it competitively like everyone else.
A Pass didn’t stop there; he also floated the idea of a live showdown.
“If you think you’re better, the only option is a versus or a battle live on stage,” he said, before throwing a subtle jab, adding that he doesn’t consider his opponent a worthy challenger.
He concluded with a bold remark that seemed aimed at critics who lean on accolades: “No amount of awards will save you; that CV is invalid.”
While he didn’t directly name Kenzo in the latest statement, fans are already interpreting the message as a continuation of their recent back-and-forth.
