Nina Roz is preparing to give fans a different side of herself when she takes the stage for her maiden live concert later this year.
The singer will headline “Sound of a Dream” on Friday, December 11, 2026, at the Lugogo Hockey Grounds in Kampala, bringing nearly a decade of her music career to her first major solo show.
Speaking during a recent appearance on Sanyuka Uncut, Nina Roz said she wants the concert to give fans a complete experience, from new music to fresh performances.
She also sees the show as a chance to introduce the version of Nina Roz that she plans to carry into the next phase of her career.
The concert is dubbed Sound of a Dream, but it is basically Nina Roz Live in Concert. I am going to showcase the best of myself. I know Ugandans have never witnessed a show of my own. I have never done an album launch, so this is going to be an opportunity for me to give you everything in a package. New music. New performance. The new me. I will be unpacking the Nina Roz you will be seeing starting in 2027 and onwards.
Nina Roz started her professional singing career in September 2016 after working in entertainment as a model and backup dancer.
Since then, she has built her career as a recording and performing artist, but she has never staged a major solo concert of her own.
“Sound of a Dream” will now give her the platform to headline a full show and put her music and performance skills at the centre of the night.
It will also introduce what she describes as a new version of Nina Roz.
