Tems just dropped a line that could have her fans searching for clues about her love life.
The Grammy-winning Nigerian singer said during a TikTok livestream on September 14 that she has “left the streets,” immediately raising questions about whether she has found someone special.
Tems did not elaborate on the announcement or confirm that she is dating anyone.
She only explained that she has had enough of men wasting her time.
I don’t like it when guys waste my time. But for me, never again. I don’t have that problem anymore. I have left the streets; I wouldn’t even say I was ever on the streets.
The singer has previously complained about the motives of some men who approach her.
During a 2025 interview with YouTuber Korty EO, Tems said many of those men focused more on her body than on forming a genuine relationship.
She said she wanted deeper connections instead.
That history makes her latest declaration even more intriguing, but Tems has not said whether “leaving the streets” means she has found love, simply quit dating or has something else going on.
