King Saha takes aim at Viboyo, labels him “mentally unstable”

Whatever remarks singer and sound engineer Viboyo made about Kings Love Entertainment boss, King Saha, they didn’t sit well with the latter.

King Saha has taken a shocking swipe at fellow musician Viboyo, labeling him as someone struggling with mental health issues and urging fans not to take his statements seriously.

The “Zakayo” hitmaker made the remarks while performing at a show where he had been booked, abruptly turning his set into a public message aimed at Viboyo.

There’s a guy called Viboyo; he is mentally disturbed, please. When you spot him, don’t take him seriously because he is crazy. When someone has mental problems, that means they’re crazy. Viboyo is crazy. Don’t beat him, don’t blame him, and don’t comment wrongly. Viboyo is crazy.

He went on to claim that he had only recently learned about Viboyo’s alleged challenges and promised to extend a helping hand.

I didn’t know, but I just got to learn about his challenges. So, I’m going to try and help him. Since I have a merciful heart, I’m going to work hard and help him.

King Saha’s remarks have since sparked attention, with the singer appearing to call for sympathy towards Viboyo rather than criticism or confrontation for what he is better known for when someone attacks him.

The brewing feud is believed to have stemmed from remarks Viboyo made about King Saha being a son-in-law to the first family based on grounds that he had a child with Gen. Saleh’s daughter Racheal Kente.

NSSF, Nzeyi reach deal on Temangalo Land Dispute; Businessman to hand over 10 acres, buy remaining 45 acres at market value

National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and businessman Amos Nzeyi have agreed on a plan to resolve their long-running dispute over 55 acres of land in Temangalo.

Under the agreement, Nzeyi will hand over 10 acres of the disputed land to NSSF and buy the remaining 45 acres at the prevailing market price.

The value of the 45 acres will be determined after the land is assessed by a government valuer, an independent valuer and Nzeyi’s own valuer. The three valuers will establish the current market value of the property.

NSSF Managing Director Patrick Ayota disclosed the agreement on 24 August when he and Nzeyi appeared before Parliament’s Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE).

The committee subsequently postponed its inquiry to allow the land to undergo valuation.

The disputed 55 acres are part of the 463.87 acres that NSSF bought from Nzeyi and ARMA Limited in 2008 for Shs11 billion.

The entire property is covered by six certificates of title, all registered in NSSF’s name and currently in the fund’s possession. However, NSSF has never taken full physical possession of the land because Nzeyi has continued to occupy the disputed 55 acres, where his country home is located.

NSSF Legal Director Agnes Tibayeita Isharaza told COSASE that the proposed settlement followed negotiations between the two parties.

She said Nzeyi had agreed to buy back the disputed 45 acres at the prevailing market price, subject to valuation.

However, Isharaza stressed that the agreement was not yet final because it still requires several statutory approvals and clearances.

The point is, Sudhir says start from where you are and grow upwards.

“First, try and grow according to the cash flow you have and are creating. It is probably the best option. Because the truth is said, opportunities come all the time, especially when you have good cash flow. Take those opportunities.”

URA awarded dozens of companies, individuals and government agencies in different categories and the billionaire was a highlight speaker.

Sudhir remains the highest property tax payer in the country and URA has year after year recognized his efforts to create a robust real estate empire. The billionaire’s property companies own more than 300 commercial buildings and continues to be a developer adding to Kampala’s growing skyline each passing year.
