Rapper Navio has revealed that he has so far traveled to 42 countries around the world, many of them during the early years of his music career while promoting his work.
Speaking about his journey, Navio explained that when he was starting out, social media was not as powerful as it is today in helping artists distribute their music globally. Because of that, he often had to travel physically to different countries to introduce his sound and grow his fanbase.

He recalled that during the early days of his group Klear Kut, artists could not simply rely on platforms like Instagram to push their music across borders.
Where Klear Kut first started, my Instagram account couldn’t just send music across the borders, so I had to physically go there and push it myself.
Over the years, those efforts took him to several African countries including Kenya, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Burundi, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Benin, among others. He has also visited several destinations across Europe.
According to Navio, those travels played a major role in shaping his career. By performing and interacting directly with audiences in different countries, he was able to build a loyal fanbase beyond Uganda and expand the reach of his music internationally.
