Prima Kardashi has opened up about her journey toward quitting alcohol, sharing how faith and a desire for self-growth pushed her to make a major lifestyle change.
Speaking through her TikTok live sessions, Prima revealed that her decision to stop drinking required intentional sacrifices, including distancing herself from nightlife and avoiding environments that encouraged alcohol consumption.
I had to stop going out and also avoided people who were drinking.

However, she admitted that the journey wasn’t entirely smooth. Prima disclosed that she briefly relapsed during a past relationship with a Congolese partner, explaining that his visits to Uganda often led to constant partying.
We used to party every day with him and I couldn’t help but resume drinking when he was around.
Despite the setback, Prima noted that quitting alcohol was something she had been consistently praying about, as she deeply desired a change.
She explained that once the relationship came to an end, it became significantly easier for her to fully step away from drinking.
She also reflected on her past lifestyle, acknowledging that she has since outgrown the party scene.
According to her, there is a time for everything, and growth naturally shifts one’s priorities.
I have partied a lot, I even did it while pregnant with my daughters, Sorayah and Solange.
Now, Prima says she finds peace in a quieter life, emphasizing that staying home no longer feels limiting as long as she is surrounded by the right company, especially her partner.
