Singer and songwriter Ray Signature has opened up about how much he has evolved since the beginning of his music career, highlighting growth, lessons learned, and the legacy he believes he is building within the industry.
Speaking about his journey, Ray Signature noted that being in the music business exposes an artist to different people and experiences that ultimately shape their artistry and personal development.
According to him, the friendships formed along the way, coupled with challenges and mistakes, have played a major role in refining his sound and perspective as an artist.
“When you’re in this business, you meet a lot of people and make many friends along the way. You learn a lot, and of course, you make mistakes.”
The singer revealed that one of the achievements he is most proud of is the contribution he feels he has made to the music industry, particularly in songwriting, an area where he believes his impact has been significant.
“One thing I always look at is the legacy in the music. I feel like I have played a big role in the industry, especially when it comes to songwriting. That alone is a great achievement for me, and I’m not worried.”
Ray Signature also highlighted another milestone in his career, launching his annual live music experience dubbed “A Night With Ray Signature.”
The inaugural edition, held in December last year, was a success, motivating him to turn it into a yearly event.
“I decided to start doing a show every year. The first episode of A Night With Ray Signature happened last December, and it was successful. It’s something I plan to continue every year,” he added.
As he continues to grow musically, Ray Signature remains focused on building a lasting legacy through meaningful music, live performances, and mentorship through songwriting.
