Singer Laty Wizy has opened up about his academic journey, candidly explaining why he was unable to complete his university education.
Reflecting on that period of his life, he admitted that adjusting to campus proved difficult.
He described himself as increasingly stubborn at the time and acknowledged that distractions, particularly from social life and relationships, made it hard for him to stay focused on his studies.
As a result, he dropped out shortly after enrolling, a decision he now regrets. He expressed remorse for the financial burden it placed on his parents, apologizing for not making the most of the opportunity they had supported.
“I studied seriously, but when I reached campus, my stubbornness levels increased, and I lost focus. I dropped out shortly after starting and ended up wasting my parents’ tuition. I sincerely apologize to them.”
In the same conversation, Laty Wizy also touched on challenges he has faced in the music industry.
Without naming specific individuals, he revealed deep regret about crossing paths with certain people during his career, suggesting that those encounters hurt his journey.
“It’s a long story. There are people I met along the way I truly wish I hadn’t encountered, especially within the industry.”
