The Ministry of Health has cleared Karole Kasita’s concert dubbed “The Power Within” to happen on Friday, 29th May 2026, as earlier planned.
The concert, which is scheduled for tomorrow at the Kampala Serena Hotel, had faced a bit of uncertainty amid the ongoing public gathering restrictions due to the Ebola outbreak in Uganda.
A statement released by Karole Kasita’s manager, Arnold Apple Ssempijja, however, maintains that the concert will go on as planned.
The clearance from the Director of General Health Services, Prof. Charles Olaro, states that the concert will go on under strict measures to avoid any health hazards.
Attendees are advised to follow the standard operating procedures to prevent the spread of Ebola.
Karole Kasita has promised to put on a memorable showcase, and she is accompanied by a star-studded lineup of other performers.
