Mudra D’ Viral accuses the entertainment industry of insincerity after Master Parrot’s death

Mudra D’ Viral has criticized people in the entertainment industry who only show appreciation for fellow artists after they have passed on.

Mudra’s comments came in the wake of the passing of veteran singer Master Parrot, who was involved in a fatal road accident along the Northern Bypass in the Masanafu area on Monday evening.

In recent months, Master Parrot had openly spoken about the challenges he was facing. The singer expressed disappointment that despite his contribution to Uganda’s music industry during his prime years, he had not reaped significant benefits from his career. He also revealed that life had become increasingly difficult, with many fans noting his distressed appearance and struggles with alcohol.

Reacting to the outpouring of tributes following Master Parrot’s passing, Mudra shared a strongly worded message on social media, questioning the sincerity of some of the condolences being posted.

In a post that was later deleted after attracting mixed reactions, Mudra described the world as “fake” and accused some people of ignoring the singer’s struggles while he was still alive.

The world is fake. The guy was struggling and was seen. The people calling him brother, some knew him personally, never helped. They so want to use the RIP. God gives us hearts to be human. This industry in its most wicked era.
