Shani Lips, a renowned Ugandan TikToker and Lifestyle Influencer, has revealed that the nude videos of her making rounds online were leaked by her best friend.
A few days ago, netizens woke up to videos of Shani Lips having intimate moments with an unidentified man. Other videos showed her dancing in front of the camera topless, with only thongs on.
The videos immediately provoked divergent opinions from the public, with some netizens accusing her of promoting nudity while others blamed whoever leaked the videos on the internet.
While speaking to Ibra Kayz of Tawfiq Media Ug, Shani Lips revealed that the videos were recorded by her boyfriend on her request.
They were, however, leaked by her best friend, who managed to get hold of the videos because she knew her phone passcode.
I recorded them with my boyfriend; I personally asked him to record them using my phone, but it’s not him who leaked those videos. They were leaked by a friend, one of my best friends, who used to come home, and we would vibe well during house parties. She had my password, and I think she sent the videos to her phone.
