Shakib Cham has expressed the shock that hit him upon landing on Zari Hassan’s announcement about their split online this morning.
Via Instagram and Snapchat, Zari Hassan announced an end to her marriage with Shakib Cham early on Friday morning.
She revealed that their 5 years together were mutually coming to an end and end due to “irreconcilable differences” and that they both had decided to part ways.
Shakib Cham, however, claims not to have had prior knowledge about the breakup. During a phone call with Galaxy FM, Shakib noted how surprised he was by the online statement.
“I have seen that the internet is on fire. I am just as shocked as you are. I stumbled on the post like any other person after waking up in the morning, and it shocked me. I had no idea about it,” Shakib exclaimed.
He declined to comment further on the matter, citing the need to first analyse the situation better later when he settles down.
