From Friday night at Black Panther in Kisasi to Father’s Day celebrations at Thrones Lounge in Bugolobi, Johnnie Walker treated revellers to a weekend filled with music, premium whisky, and unforgettable moments.
The celebrations began at Black Panther, where Evelyn Mic, DJ Mercy Pro, DJ Lito, and other entertainers transformed the venue into a lively hub of energy. Throughout the night, signature Johnnie Walker bottle processions and flowing cocktails kept the atmosphere vibrant as guests raised glasses in celebration.
The excitement continued on Father’s Day Sunday at Thrones Lounge, where media personality and DJ Lynda Ddane hosted one of the city’s biggest Father’s Day parties.
The event brought together fathers, father figures, and whisky lovers for an evening dedicated to the men who continue to inspire those around them to Keep Walking.
With performances from Kasbaby, Crysto Deejay, Jerry Mehn, DJ Esau, and Sir Aludah, the dance floor remained packed as guests enjoyed the full Johnnie Walker experience.
Speaking during the celebrations, Johnnie Walker Shopper Manager Julius Ssenungi said the Bottle Turn Up platform was created to offer consumers memorable experiences beyond simply enjoying whisky.
“The Johnnie Walker Bottle Turn Ups are our way of giving back to our consumers by creating experiences where they can enjoy the whisky at great value while immersing themselves in a full Johnnie Walker brand experience,” Ssenungi said.
“This Father’s Day weekend, we wanted to celebrate the incredible fathers and father figures who have inspired those around them to Keep Walking. What better way to honour them than dedicating an entire Bottle Turn Up weekend to them?”
