Veteran Ugandan singer Stecia Mayanja has reportedly been admitted to Nakasero Hospital following a fresh health scare that has left fans and close friends concerned.
The celebrated singer, who has previously spoken about battling high blood pressure-related complications, is said to have suffered a sudden deterioration in her condition in recent days.
According to sources close to the family, the excitement surrounding her daughter’s recent marriage ceremony may have contributed to the episode. Although the occasion brought joy to the family, insiders say the emotional strain and excitement may have affected the singer’s health.
Following the initial incident, Stecia was reportedly taken to a medical facility in Namugongo, where she received treatment and showed signs of improvement.
