Former socialite and fashion model Judith Heard has shared the biggest lessons she says she has learned since embracing Christianity, saying her faith has changed the way she views growth, healing, and purpose.
In a testimony posted on X, Heard reflected on the life lessons that have shaped her walk with Jesus, saying they came from experiences that no classroom, relationship, career, or life experience could have taught her.
I learned that not everyone will celebrate your growth. I learned that healing requires surrender. I learned that my past is part of my testimony, not my identity. I learned that God’s approval matters more than people’s opinions.
Above all, she said one truth has carried her through every season of her journey.
Most importantly, I learned that Jesus is enough.
Heard publicly embraced Christianity in 2023 and has openly shared her faith journey ever since. She left behind the party lifestyle that once defined her public image, publicly announced her baptism in January 2025, and now regularly uses her ministry and social media platforms to encourage others through her testimony.
