His comments come at a time when safety has become a growing concern within Uganda’s entertainment industry.
In recent months, rivalries between musicians have escalated beyond diss tracks and social media exchanges, with some disputes ending in violent confrontations and damage to property.
Weasel did not point to any specific threat or incident. Instead, he stressed that he chooses to stay protected at all times, regardless of where he is going.
For him, security does not begin when he steps onto a stage or attends a public event. It starts the moment he leaves home and remains part of his routine until the day ends.
