Spice Diana opens up about longevity in the music industry

Spice Diana has opened up about the reality of longevity in the music industry, saying she understands that every artist’s time in the spotlight eventually comes to an end.

Rather than holding on to the top forever, the singer believes there comes a moment when the next generation deserves an opportunity to shine.

Speaking to NRG Radio, Spice Diana said she has already started thinking about the future and is preparing herself for the day when she will no longer be one of the industry’s leading stars.

She explained that she does not want to find herself competing for attention when it is time for younger artists to take center stage.

I believe an artist has their time to shine and then there’s time for other people to also shine. I don’t want to reach a point where other people are meant to shine and I’m also fighting for the microphone. I know that time will come.

Spice added that while every musician can enjoy success at their own pace, no career lasts forever. She encouraged fellow artists to accept that reality and focus on leaving a positive legacy.

As part of her own preparation, Spice Diana revealed she is already investing time in mentoring and inspiring upcoming talent by sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her career.
