England and Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has revealed that he dreams of playing James Bond once his football career comes to an end.
Speaking to James Corden on FOX’s World Cup After Hours, the midfielder said he has always wanted to explore acting and would love to appear in a movie.
I would love to be in a movie. People always say to me, ‘What’s the thing you want to do outside of football?’ … I would love to be in a film.
Bellingham then admitted that one role stands above all others.
I would love to be James Bond. I have watched all of them. The Connery ones, Roger Moore, I have seen all of them. I love James Bond and I swear I would love to be in the back of a James Bond film. Even in the background or as an extra, I would just love to be involved.
James Corden later challenged Bellingham to deliver the famous line, “The name’s Bond, James Bond,” prompting the England star to joke that he might have a chance of landing the iconic role someday.
