Media personality Zahara Totto has revealed that she no longer believes in marriage, saying her past experiences convinced her that partnerships are a better option.
Speaking during an appearance on Gossip Live, Zahara said she has chosen to avoid marriage after feeling she gained little from her previous unions apart from having children.
According to Zahara, she now prefers relationships built on partnership rather than legal or traditional marriage. She explained that being with someone as equal partners allows each person to maintain their independence while supporting one another, unlike her previous marriages, which she believes did not help her achieve personal growth.
I realized that partnerships are better. Being there with a man and you are partners is much better, but my problems are my problems. I didn’t achieve anything in marriage, so I decided to quit and leave.
Despite ruling out marriage for now, Zahara noted that she could reconsider if she met a man willing to provide what she described as a “queen life.”
She added that unless a suitor is prepared to fully commit and take care of her while putting a ring on her finger, she has no interest in returning to marriage, insisting that open partnerships make more sense to her at this stage of life.
