Singer Phina Masanyalaze is mourning the loss of her beloved mother, Mrs. Annet Kiwanuka, who passed away on Thursday.
Family members and loved ones are currently holding a vigil at Kawala on Friday, July 10, as they pay tribute to the late Annet Kiwanuka.
Mourners have been gathering to comfort the bereaved family and celebrate her life.
A requiem Mass for the deceased will be held at Rubaga Cathedral on Saturday, July 11, starting at 1:00 p.m. After the service, mourners will proceed to Jimbo Nsubule, where another vigil is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
Mrs. Annet Kiwanuka will be laid to rest on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in Jimbo Nsubule, with the burial ceremony expected to begin at 2:00 p.m.
